with the times and locations you'll have to use to attain them.
Everyone will be allowed to learn any of these moves unless the move is
specified for one particular race.

Fused characters can not be fused
Fused characters can not use items, butcan go Super Saiyan,
Super Namek, Transform or any combination of these.
Fusion wears off after a fight and can not be used again for 3 Days.
Any pl gain by a fused character will be given in full to each root
character.

Character Specific Abilities
Controled Oozaro- Saiyans ability to control himself when he changes into
an Oozaro. (Still have to use power balls to transform)
Super Namek- used only for battles, when used, doubles strength and Power
Level aslo growing body to gaint size.
Characters that transform.
If you have a character that transforms (Freeza, Zarbon, Cell etc . . .)
you can go to that characters maximum stage. Therefor, if you have Zarbon,
you will be able to transform one time, once your power level gets high
enough. Heres a list of the stages, the power levels required to go to
them and the boost in power level you will get.
Going Super Saiyan and Beyond
Here, it doesn't matter which stage you reach. For example, Bardock never
even reached SSJ 1 in the anime but now he can go past that in this rpg.
Going Super Saiyan isn't easy though, you must have a trigger
(extreme rage)and since I won't allow cheating, I will decide if you've
been ticked off enough. Ok? Look at the list to see what it takes.
